Sir Tomas has mentioned more than once that feast is only available through
ACCEPS. Is that no longer true?

You can pay at the gate but it will cost you more.  $1 more for site and $2
more for feast.  If you just get site it is a wash as the $1 more is what
you would pay in processing fees for ACCEPS.
