[Elfsea] 12th night communication

Lady Anwwn,
There have been only a few posts about 12th night on the Elfsea lists these past months. One was to invite people to a coordinators meeting and the others from the feast steward who was looking for some local help in the kitchens. The only other ones have addressed the TSO vs 12th night issue with people trying to figure out how to be in two places at one time.
While Elfsea is the group of record this year, there are two autocrats. One is from Elfsea and the other from Steppes. Both are Knights of the Realm. They have my complete confidence. Any discrepancies with the event have certainly not been intentional.
Information does trickle down by word of mouth. However, It is my understanding that Sir Hrafn was at the last meeting of Steppes this past Monday and there were no questions for him at that time.
There has been no direct intent to hide anything from anyone concerning Twelfth Night. Both autocrats have been available for questions and have replied to inquiries in a timely manner. Sior Tomas, Sir Hrafn and both Baronys are working very hard to make this a fun and memorable event.

So is there any reason Steppes is basically being left out of the loop on
the 12th Night info?
There are discrepancies in the cost and ACEPS stuff and the black star.
There has only been announcements to Elfsea and not Steppes lists about an
event that is supposed to be a joint venture? I know this may come across as
witchy, but seriously, unless you are on the Elfsea list, the steppes people
are getting NO info unless someone on the Elfsea list thinks to cross post
it. I understand that Elfsea is the lead this year, but leaving the steppes
pupulace out completely save those seen at a fighter practice isn't cool.
My apologies for any toes I step on, I am just furstrated at the piecing of
information that is recieved, and not a straight answer from much of anyone..

My questions were also responded to by Sior Tomas and Sir Hrafn's gracious
Lady Elizabetta was also Janey on the Spot.
I think some of the reason why it seems like only one list is being hit, is
because people asking questions -- like me, for instance -- screwed up the
reply to all, and only sent to one list, and thus the answers either came to
us privately, or came to us on that one list.
So, basically, I think that one may be my bad....
