[Elfsea] Archery practice

We *are* having archery practice today at Camp Shuman despite an error on
the web site. They are there right now and are having fun. The temperature
is great and the wind is very light. They have the new targets plus the old
ones, so there are plenty of shooting opportunities. Today is practice and
training so you will get plenty of shooting time.
