[Elfsea] Rapier Marshal's report for JANUARY 2008

I have had two inquiries, both of which included people asking about Rapier fighting.  They are supposed to come on Sunday to Veteran's park.  I hope there will be a good turn out.

We usually start around one and fight until we're exhausted (approxamately 5-6ish.)  We've had a small, but steady group for some time now ranging anywhere from 2 to 8 fighters of varying skill levels.
