[Elfsea] Gulf War Pre-registration

Greetings good gentles all,

Gulf War approaches and it is time to start making preparations.
Pre-registration deadlines are coming up.

If you mail your forms via US post, they must be postmarked no later than
January 31, 2008.  If you use the online registration, then you have until
February 14, 2008.

Preregistration is required to camp in the group camping areas.  Elfsea will
get a land allotment of 15ft by 15 ft for every camper who preregisters.
Over the past few years, preregistration and attendance has increased and
camping has gotten tighter.  It is very important that if you plan to camp
with Elfsea that you preregister.  In the past, we have been able to help
out a few folks with some last minute accommodations, but that was because
we had some last minute cancellations.  Do not count on that happening again
and preregister.

Also, please remember that while each camper gets a 15x 15 allotment, that
also provides for walkways and a common area.  Our intent is to bring the
blue and white for that purpose.
