[Elfsea] Fighter Practice on Sunday

The only cop we saw was an off duty cop playing security for the
MacDonald's company picnic.  And the only busting we saw was when he
wrote up a few vehicles parked against the curb in the "fire Lane" - and
it didn't even look like he was ticketing them, but just writing down
license numbers to go back to the picnic to ask the owners to move
them...

There was a big company picnic last weekend, so
parking was impossible. Plus the cops were out
there busting two legged animals. 

But what do I know? Nothing, I know nothing.
