Thanks Armand, and keep those ideas comin'.

One quick note:

Springfaire is not the only camping event in this region in the spring.  We
have two great cantons in the area who do spring camping events -
Dragonsfire Tor and Glaslyn both host fun, relaxed spring events.  These
events could gain attendance if Springfaire turns into a college.  I was at
all three events this past spring and there was a great diversity in who
went to each one.  So, if we add a college, the diversity in events
increases and we might get more participation in each area.

Plus, on the having fun topic - nice thing about having a party at someone
else's event is that your time is not consumed with running the event, and
you have more resources for the festivities or activities that you might
want to sponsor.
