[Elfsea] Defender 2008

Good day everyone. I have been given the joyful task of autocrating this fall's Elfsea Defender. I have a lot of work to do in a very short time. Lets all come together and make this one fantastic event. It will be held at Canton the last weekend of September. We will not be having the hall as it is already in use for that weekend. So we need all the pavilions we can get. I will be contacting a few people about helping with the event. However, I also want to put a call out for anyone who would like to help.

Have you always wanted to run gate and have taken the class to do so? Please email me.
Are you interested in throwing a kicken party on the list field Saturday evening? Please email me.
Do you want to be the list mistress for one of our fine competitions? Please email me. 
I also need a merchant coordinator. There isn't a better place to get your feet wet helping with an event. Email me
I also need someone to be the lead in getting the prize baskets wrapped up.
If you don't want to head something up, but would like to volunteer your time, please email me as well so I can pass it along to the coordinator.
And of course any other activities are welcome!
