[Elfsea] Fighter Practice on Sunday

Also, since Crandal brought it up to me in a personal message...

 

Neither I nor Lochlan have posted a change in time for fighter practice
from 2:00 to 5:00 for the summer.

 

Personally, my preference is to leave it at 2:00 - I never saw the logic
of moving starting time to the hottest part of the afternoon...
