[Elfsea] Big Blue

Big Blue's water problems are from rips, tears, and other hole. The fabric
is waterproof by construction. It is the blue and white that needs the
waterproofing. We probably should still do that. I don't think it has walls
so it is of limited usefulness in an heavy rain, however.

A comment from the peanut gallery...

Thanks to the wonders of modern tech, waterproofing isn't that big of a
deal. There are water seals for various types of things, from wood to
leather to fabric and none of them are very expensive. They can
occasionally be a pain to apply but you're talking about having to do it
once every 3-5 years. If Big Blue is used even at just Elfsea events and
demos it'll pay for itself quickly in terms of labor vs. dryness.
