[Elfsea] Defender/PED's and the Calendar

I would very much like to see a Baronial College again. But that would be a
second event. It would be a completely different type of event and there are
no other colleges in this region (except when King's College is here).

I fondly remember my first Baronial College (Steppes) and several Elfsea
Colleges. It was where we learned heraldry, court etiquette, how to make
period shoes, building event bids, running an event, planning a feast, and
so much more.

Good thoughts.
Another advantage of this would be that we could
put more effort towards supporting our Canton,
without detracting from a 2nd event effort.
