[Elfsea] PEDs -and the issues at hand we mentioned at Moot

Could someone please tell me when and where this next business meeting is to be held?  I missed moot due to utter exhaustion even though I had planned on going.  I rarely make the other meeting but I figure I should get into the middle of things now that the life has settled down a bit.
