[Elfsea] Boy Scout Demo this coming weekend.

Hey there everyone,

Just a reminder that Lady Elayne (ladyelayne at sbcglobal.net) must have
your names to put on the gate list for the Boy Scout Camporee soon!

This event commemorates the Scouts' 100 year anniversary and promises
to be well attended so please make plans to come if you can.

We need ladies for the Solar, early period artisans for the early
period camp area, teacher for our "make and take" hands on area for
the scouts as well as fighters and heralds.

Please bring your banners, your best garb, your brightest jewels and
remember that chair cover and mug!

We will have just about every tent the barony owns out there, so shade
is plentiful.

Lady Elayne will be publishing more detailed instructions on what
gates to enter as the event draws closer.
