[Elfsea] Valhalla tavern at BAM

We are still evaluating the results of the tavern we ran at BAM to benefit
Elfsea. The number of customers was not as high as expected, but those we
had were enthusiastic. Since much of the ingredients for our products are
common to products I sell in my cafes, I'm selling unused stock to the
cafes. When we get through accounting for that transfer we will know what
profits remain.

I would like to thank some of the people who gave up time from the event to
help cook or serve. We did two breakfasts, two lunches, and a dinner. That
is a lot of hours of work. Lord Daniel and his lovely Lady Elayne who worked
many shifts, helped with setup, and were invaluable. Two of their camp
(please forgive me as I am bad with names) also took several shifts running
the cash box, serving, and being where we needed them.

Rua also worked many shifts as a tavern wench despite the cold. Crandall
also spent most of his time at the event in the tavern cooking and serving.
Elspeth got us the front area processes down and trained us all. And my
wonderful lady HL Kermegan (Pyro) worked all her waking hours doing whatever
was needed.

Additionally, HL Ascelyn, her son, and his friend helped with the cleanup
and loading of the trailer. They did a great job.

Running a tavern is rarely a one person job. It takes a lot of preparation,
setup, lots of work cooking and serving, and shutdown. Thanks.

In service,

Caelin on Andrede
