Greetings, Emma!  Thanks for taking on this job for us!
 
Let me know what I can do to help, ok?  I am thinking I'll be taking my trailer down with us (since I have a new tent and armor 'n such and I don't want to be leaving what I don't use in the back of my truck exposed to the elements), so if you or anyone else has stuff that needs to be lugged down there, I will most likely have plenty of room.
 
Will we be having communal dining?  Are we taking a pavillion to set up as a common area?  I know you said you'd have more information after ED, so I can wait until then to hear/read the answers to these questions.
