Elfsea is doing a tavern with the profits going to our general revenues
with the intent of replacing the money spent on the new pavilion. We
could use volunteers. Also, we would like people to plan on eating with
us! Please note, however, we are expecting to feed 350-500 people per
meal and there may be 1000-1200 people there.

Greetings, Emma!  Thanks for taking on this job for us!
 
Let me know what I can do to help, ok?  I am thinking I'll be taking my
trailer down with us (since I have a new tent and armor 'n such and I
don't want to be leaving what I don't use in the back of my truck
exposed to the elements), so if you or anyone else has stuff that needs
to be lugged down there, I will most likely have plenty of room.
 
Will we be having communal dining?  Are we taking a pavillion to set up
as a common area?  I know you said you'd have more information after ED,
so I can wait until then to hear/read the answers to these questions.

Hello! My name is Emma Haldan and I have the pleasure and the privilege
to be the Camp Mom for the annual Steppes-Elfsea and Friends camp at
Bordermarch Autumn Meelees in November.

Plans are in the incipient stage, so much more information will be
available after Elfsea Defender. I promise to keep you updated on the
