[Elfsea] [Steppes] Learn to run tournaments at the Saturday mini-tourney!

Our most illustrious Crown Prince, Gunthar, wrote of the Saturday
mini-tournament:

> This will train not only fighters but those interested in learning
> more about field heraldry, list administration, tourney
> organization etc...

I would like to take this list-running opportunity to train list
administrators.  If you are interested in learning how to run a list,
please come!

In addition, as list mistress I will be offering a small prize for
"most courteous treatment of the list mistress".  Note that anything
that interferes with the efficient running of the list is NOT
courteous, no matter how pleasant it might be at other times.
