We feel that mundane matters always take precedence.  June's bardic will be on the 5th and isn't as important. July's will be on the 3rd, so if you aren't travelling on the 3rd of July, you can be here, for passing of the cloak.  We can consider other options as the time gets closer.  Thank you for the heads-up.

I'll be there May 8.  But I need to ask you about the schedule of the June and July bardics, while I am the cloak holder (July is when I'm handing over the cloak, right?  So I definitely should be there).  The weekend of June 5-7 I am likely to be out of town, either at the Castellan event in Tulsa or a reunion in Chicago.  And also July 9 I might possibly be at a professional conference in Orlando (that I still need to check on).  So if my presence is important would it possible to schedule around those dates.
