[Elfsea] FP on Wed, bringing a friend

Hey all, especially Rikr and JJ,

I'm bringing a youth (16 yrs) to FP tomorrow.  His parents plan to be 
there, and want to see what this fighting stuff is all about.  Not 
having had a chance to come to the Wed FP for quite a while, will 
there be a way for him to actually armor up and fight?

If not, will there be any sort of training he could get?
