I believe my ankle has healed enough for some light

sparring and I was thinking of doing a first draft of the

fighting video I have discussed with Lochlann and Louis.

 

Could Lochlann please bring the video camera tomorrow

night? If Louis can't make it I'm sure we can get an

extra stand-in for the beating dummy.
