[Elfsea] Monthly Rapier Practice

I would argue for the weekend of Lysts.  Defender of the Flame is a big event for those in the Steppes area, and DFT is a holding of Elfsea.  Each of the respective baronies should put their full weight behind the events, meaning that we're going to be busy/tired for practice later that day, especially with DFT's event, as it is a pit.De Clark Ulf Nach dem Tor
