[Elfsea] Southern Steppes Archery

I am told that a minor plague visits the host of the site of archery.  Therefore there shall be no archery on the morrow in Southern Steppes.  The next available date coincides with Ansteorra XXX so it will likely be late in the month of July before the next Southern Steppes practice.
