[Elfsea] Elfsea Defender

Being new (eventually I wont be able to use that excuse anymore) I had a
couple questions for anyone who can answer them.
1) Is there a time limit that one must live in Elfsea before participating
in the Defender's Tourney?
2) Does Elfsea have a Youth Defender?
