10% until 9pm, then it moves up to 30%. Mid to low 60's. Sounds like AWESOME fighting weather. Besides as long as there is no lightning....... Whats a little water? We fight ion the rain all the time. Any one that doesn't should come out and practice getting tougher.. :-)
