I am walking through the Library Demo space with David Jackson [Library person] Tuesday the 19th at about 6:30

Would you like to join in and give us some idea of how the medieval club wants to join in and space requirements they have...

    I apologize; I was actually waiting to speak because of a time conflict. I heard about the event through a friend of mine that works at the library, who was under the impression that it would be held in November. Unfortunately, due to electronic issues, I didn't find out from David that it's actually on the 30th of Oct until last week. The Med-Ren Society had already planned to host our annual Renaissance Masquerade Ball that evening, but we hadn't been able to confirm the date with our host site. I was waiting in the hopes that we could work out a different day, but by the time we finally got a hold of them (yesterday), they had booked us for that night. 
    In all the hectic activity of the first few weeks of semester, I hadn't had the chance to update you on this. Our next meeting is scheduled for this upcoming Friday and I will put it to the group to see if anyone else would be willing/able to help out and perhaps spearhead a committee to assist with your event, but, unfortunately, the other officers and I will be busy preparing our event. I will let you know ASAP what I find out on Friday, and I will go ahead and pitch it to a few members I think would be likely candidates.
