We shall see ya on the range!

I do apologize for the late post, busy week prior to
Steppes Artisan.
We do plan to hold archery practice should the weather cooperate
(at the time of this posting it is thundering & lightning here), as
always we shall make a confirmation post between 7-7:30 AM
Sunday morning. If its not raining nor the ground completely soaked
we shall hold archery practice.
On another note I have heard rumor
that our sister barony to the west
is currently without archery marshal or archery practice, if this is true
I would wish to extend an invitation to our fellow archers in Elfsea to
come and join us at our Steppes target archery practices. Steppes
target archery practices are held on the old Eastfield target archery
location
next to the tennis courts. College address is 3737 Motley
Drive in Mesquite TX 75150 just a few blocks north of the Motley/I-30
exit. Archery practice is on the left and parking can be had in the the
church parking lot on the right side. Don't forget your camp chairs &
mugs we do have ice water to share. Target practice begins around
9AM (SCA time) and finishes up around noon. Be sure to check the
Steppes list for the Sunday confirmation post before driving out!
I am not on the Elfsea list right now so could someone whom is
please forward this post to their list!
So keep your fingers crossed for fair weather in the morning and we
hope to see you there!
Regards,
HL William Black Dragon
Interim Archery Marshal for the Barony of the Steppes
