Hello Elfsea, 


I'm looking to put together a list of people who will be able to help move gym equipment and decorate the Friday night before coronation.


I would like to meet at the site at 7:30pm.  The site will have their staff to direct and help but the faster we can get things moved and set up the easier Saturday will be on everyone.


I'm also looking for anyone who has some potted 'trees' to decorate the Royal presence with up front.  If you have real or nice looking artificial trees (like the ficus plants and such) and would be willing to loan them for the day let me know.


We will be tearing down at 10am on Sunday and helping the site owners move their gym so I'll have need for volunteers then also.
