[Elfsea] Steppes Rapier Practice Canceled

[Rapier Marshal]

Since people are busy getting ready for the holidays and it looks like it
is going to be cold tonight, rapier practice is canceled this week.

There WILL be practice next week.  Please talk to Baron Duncan if you have
any questions.
