[Elfsea] EXTERNAL: Rapier Practice Tonight( 02/09/11)

THE SLEET AND SNOW ARE OVER.  The ground is soaked and in no way fit to fight on, but all it's going to be tonight is just windy and real cold.

Just wondering if anyone was interested in dinner tonight instead of practice since it didn't happen last week...
