[Elfsea] Work Day for Elfsea Defender

Greetings Elfsea,

I need a small work crew to help prep our site for Elfsea Defender.  We have an excellent working relationship with the Boy Scouts, and this is another way to help them, and thank them for the ability to use their site for our events.

The only weekend this is available is the last weekend in March.  March 26th is the first work day.  If we can get enough hands together, this will be quick work.  The manager of the site has given us permission to camp Saturday night, if we wish to.

This could be a great opportunity to spend some time working, and having fun together...Come out and support the Barony and the Boy Scouts!!

All we need, is an email with the names of those coming out to work, and a consensus of who would like to make a casual weekend of it...
