Greetings Elfsea;

I am your new Hospitaler.  I am looking forward to working with every one of you in increasing our numbers and sharing our vast historical knowledge with those less fortunate.  If you have ideas or thoughts on bringing in new members or retaining the ones we have now, please let me know.

With that, we have a DEMO.  This will be a Cub Scout Blue & Gold Banquet.  It is their BIG annual awards banquet.  Their theme this year is "Knights & Castles".

Particulars:
26 FEB 2011 (it's a Saturday)
Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ
6102 W. Pleasant Ridge Rd., Arlington, TX.
4:30pm - 6:00pm ?

They start at 5:00pm, I would like to arrive at 4:30 and set-up our static A&S display.  We can then answer questions until we start fighting at 5:30pm.  We are welcome to stay for the entire banquet if we wish.

They are expecting 60 Cub Scouts that should equate to approximately 100 adults.  This gives us a chance to educate the scouts and possible recruit the parents

We will need A&S displays and folks to explain.  We will also need heavy fighters, hopefully enough to display several fighting combinations.  Our time is somewhat limited and the more fighters we can field at once the better.

Please email me and let me know that you can help and what your specialty will be.  They have also offered to feed us, so we need a good head count as soon as we can???
