[Elfsea] Event Planning

I would like to see more of the performing arts apart from competitions: period dancing and dance practices, people singing, playing, and telling tales during dinner (and the audience for it), and so forth.

I would like to see some major celebrations around the list field.
You know, flags, decorations, ect....   let's see how pretty we can get the list field.
Maybe even a competition.
