[Elfsea] Ride / Room-share for Heraldic & Scribal Symposium?

Greetings,

Is anyone from the Steppes, Elfsea, or surrounding area planning to
drive to the Ansteorran Heraldic & Scribal Symposium in Beaumont?  I
live in Irving and Google tells me it's almost exactly 300 miles
one-way, which adds up to about $90 in gas for my car.  Would anyone
be interested in ride-sharing and splitting the cost of fuel?  Also,
if someone wanted to share a room, that would help, too.  My
preference would be to travel on Friday, stay the night, and then
drive back Saturday night after the event.
