As a Scot I should take umbrage, but I will merely remind you that it was the Scots who invented the whiskey they gave to the Irish to keep them too drunk to conquer Wales and the rest of the world.

So the question would next be which Kingdom issued your Letter of Marque and do they have a treaty with Ansteorra so they can recognize the Letter? Otherwise the Ansteorran Navy may have something to say about your activities.

I thought that dropping rocks on the English was a favorite sport in Wales.

Got it in one. I have a Letter of Marque and a Ship The Arian Lloer (The Silver Moon). I have been a Privateer Captain much longer then the silly movies that made it popular. I am a Welshman, and Wales is covered in rocks, so there is really only two things to do, One, go to sea, Two make fun of the Irish and the Scottish. Other then that, there isn't much to do.

Which means he is from the Midrealm but has a ship (the Arian Lloer) in the East Kingdom registry.

If one may ask, politely – captain of what?
