[Central Seneschal]

Greetings to the Baroney of Elfsea,

As Lord Sylvius previously announced, the office for Seneschal of Elfsea is
open for bids. It is his wish to have a replacement by July.  In order to
have some time for transitioning the office I am going to close the bids on
May 15 and the decission will be announced soon thereafter.  Please send
your bids to me by that date, and copy Their Excellencies.
