[Elfsea] Status on Conni Hazelwood

[Hazelwood, Robert H CIV FRCSE, JAX 3.2.4]

I am sending this open letter to let the members of the Barony of Elfsea  know about my sister Conni Hazelwood who was quite active in your organization in the 1990’s.  Her society name is Custance nic Raibert Macconachie.

Connie is having severe health problems, having had a mild heart attack in April then most recently a stroke at the end of September.  She is paralyzed on her right side, and has lost control of her legs.  Her speech has also been affected but it is improving. Every time I talk with her it is better.  Currently she is undergoing long term therapy at the Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Cleburne TX.

She is going to be there for at least a year or more and she would love to hear from all her old friends and cards and letters would be greatly appreciated.  Being a Registered Nurse by profession she is fully aware of what her situation means.  I am organizing an email list to send out a status report on how she is progressing, I am also monitoring her email account gotta.cattitude at yahoo.com, as well as her facebook account at Conni Hazelwood.
