Greetings!

 

I am working on a bid to steward Elfsea Defender, and an integral part of my
bid is the ability to provide food during the event on Saturday, and perhaps
a light breakfast on Sunday morning.  Your help is needed!

 

What we need is a group of volunteers willing to staff a kitchen area and/or
provide cooking gear (Duke Gunthar and I have quite a bit, but need
additional items to round things out).  The cooking staff will determine
menus (to be approved by Their Excellencies, of course), a pre-event cooking
schedule (f necessary), what equipment will be required on site, as well as
actually cooking what can be done on site.  Food and supply purchases will
be handled by a deputy in charge of this function.

 

If you have equipment to loan and/or would like to be a part of the crew,
please let me know as soon as possible.  Even if you have never participated
in feast preparation or camp cooking, please do not be afraid volunteer if
you are interested in either of these.  I think with enough people, this
part of the event can be pulled off quite smoothly.
