[Elfsea] Uncle Alejandro Wants YOU (to be a Youth Combat Marshal)

Good day to all of Elfsea, Our Barony needs to fill the office of Youth Combat Marshal so our young warriors won't be disappointed at practices when I can't be there!The office is a lot of fun and the requirements are incredibly easy to fill.  Even if you're not a Chivalric Fighter (a few of our Marshals aren't)you'll have incredible help from all of those who are.  The simple requirements are: 1.     Show up!  Be there for the kids at practices and events2.     Once a month around the last day, a simple report is emailed to my office to compile with the others and forward to Kingdom.  Basically it's a         "what did you do, how many were there, anything else to add?" kind of report that takes 5 minutes a month to finish.3.     Learn the rules which are in the Complete Participants' Handbook at the Ansteorra website, page 31.  (VERY easy to do)4.     (Most important!)  LOVE working with the young people, who are pure magic to see when they armor-up and hit the field!  Caelin has captured their        smiles in tons of beautiful photographs, and the pictures tell the story. Applying for office is also simple, an Officers' application, background check and a quick "class" with me to go over the information and show youall of the resources and help we have available for you. I'm launching my campaign to make sure that all Ansteorra has an authorized Marshal in every group, so if you know anyone, anywhere, let me know and I'll doeverything I can to help.
