[Elfsea] Business meeting not tonight

The plan is to have business meeting on the same Monday as Moot on months 
that are an even number.

Otherwise, business meeting will be held on the 3rd Monday of the month at a 
different location - typically Elspeth's home.

So, since April is month 4 of the year - business meeting just before Moot 
on the 4th Monday of the month. :-)
