[Elfsea] Steppes Rapier Practice

[Rapier Marshal]

It looks like it will be in the low 40s with a chance of rain tonight.  Are
people interested in having fencing practice?

If I have not heard from people interested in having practice by 3pm, I
will go ahead and cancel practice.
