[Elfsea] Archery Practice

Hola,

Currently, Don Sebastian, archery marshal-at-large, has graciously held archery practice, as his schedule permits.  

Elfsea is in need of a baronial archery marshal, and as such I hope a member of the populace is willing to step forward to coordinate and run the practice.
