[Elfsea] an Archery class at Baronial College

Crandall will be teaching how to make and repair arrows in an afternoon session. I know many of you have asked when we would have a class. Well, here is your chance to learn. We can have a workshop on another weekend, but learn the ropes (or perhaps fletches) now!
