[Elfsea] No Chronicler at Moot

Robert and I will not be able to make it to moot due to no air conditioning
in either of our cars and the 105 degree heat and I lost the breaks in my
car this afternoon.

Please remember to have officer reports and other submissions in by the end
of moot.  If you need an extension, please contact me ASAP.  We are moving
and I am putting the newsletter out as soon as I can so it does not get
delayed by the move.
