[Elfsea] Rapier Practice Tonight 03/07

Due to gulf war, potential weather and lack of those wanting to brave the imminent coming of both practice tonight is canceled. It is not, however, canceled next week thanks to Don Sebastian who agreed to run rapier practice next wednesday for all those who can't make it to gulf war and want to fight.
