[Elfsea] Important practice info for rapier

[Rapier Marshal]

Due to the weather we are canceling rapier practice tonight. Everyone
please stay warm and be careful driving.

If you're wanting to get your practice in remember that there is a Kingdom
rapier practice in Plano on Saturday at 2:00 and it is indoors.  It will be
at
