[Elfsea] In search of Volunteers for Elfsea's Defender

Greetings to One and All,

Yesterday, Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow so he predicted we will have an early spring and he also predicted great weather for Elfsea’s Defender, April 5-7.  Now that the question about the weather has been answered I am still looking for the following Coordinators;



Hospitaler – (current Hospitaler will have first right of refusal)

Gate (Exchequer will have first right of refusal and approves the coordinator)

Water Bearer

Site set up, tear down, and transportation

Merchant/Tavern Coordinator

Entertainment Coordinator

Chirurgeon



We also need VOLUNTEERS to assist the Coordinators and to join us at the Work Party weekend to be held March 31, 2013 at Camp Braley.
