[Elfsea] TSU Demo

Greetings,

IN regards to Don Sabastion's query about bringing arrows to the demo at
Tarleton on March 2nd.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you all but it took a while to get
the confirmation from the Tarleton Police on the equipment allowed on
campus for the demo.

We are allowed to bring rapiers, rutan, long bows and cross bows, and
arrows as long as the bows are not shoot and the rutan and rapiers are used
in accordance to SCA safety by laws while fighting.

I have forwarded the equipment approval email to the appropriate officers
in Elfsea and Dragonsfire Tor,
