[Elfsea] BAM in less than 3 weeks

G and I are going to be in our mundane tent.  It's 14x9 and has no ropes (stakes in right at the corners and on the sides).  Our purple pop-up bit the dust after July Crown, so we won't be bringing any other shade with us.  I will, however, be bringing a small table, a camp stove, and my coffeemaker. :)

Elfsea is planning a baronial camp 
at Border March Autumn Melees (BAM). If you are 
planning to join us, please

will need, (ropes 
included)  type of tent and who will be in said tent. 
I will also need to know when you are planning to arrive.
