[Elfsea] Sunday Fighter Practice

Greetings Barony,

I've been out this morning checking the ground conditions.  There are some
soft/wet muddy patches in the shade.  The ground in the sun though seems
perfectly fine.  I would still be careful but practice will continue as
planned.
