[Elfsea] Fighter practice

[Rapier Marshal]

The main pavilion where we have been at had been rented. There's an
abnormal amount of guests and so parking has become an issue. We are
currently looking into other sites but for now we are moving the practice
to the first parking lot on the right one you enter the park. Master
Sebastian it's bringing a banner to help with that.
